This is a great Company. I just bought a house in Florida and it did not have Gutters so I called up 407 Constructions pro And spoke to Raul. He gave me a great price and their work was Excellent. I also needed them to replace some shingles on the roof That was blown away from the last storm. And again they gave me a great price and was at my house the next day To replace the shingles.

We called 407 Constructions Pro LLC about a leak and got excellent service from them. Raul was on time, and after he checked the roof, he let me know that the roof vents gaskets were worn. That only one was the problem, but the other2 were also worn. He showed me pics of the problem as well as another small issue. I wanted the 4 problems handled before an expected rain, and he needed one part to do a compete job. He got the part, came back, and completed the job, and the cost and service really pleased me. Very nice guy and provides great service. Would definitely use them again whether for new roof or repairs to roof. They also do gutters.

I was personally referred to Raul to install gutters after purchasing my home. He was very professional and responsive every step of the way and got my job completed less than a week after first speaking with me. The gutters look great and are really helping direct the water to the right places around the house! Very reasonably priced too!

Amazing final product! Our experience was great because we received our HOa approval on Tuesday I call them right away and they start my exterior paint on Thursday (cleaning and washing)painting on Friday and Saturday was everything completed! Highly recommended

Working with Raul was very pleasant he was very detailed in explaining the issues and how to resolve them. I had leaks on windows surrounding and siding on property he fixed as well as a small roof leak. Also got gutters om two properties. Everything was done within the week. No complaints. As I dont live in that property it helped alot as he sent tons of pictures and videos updating me on the repair/installation process. Thank you

After receiving two quotes, the amount proposed by 407 CONSTRUCTIONS PRO, I chose them due to the thorough inspection of the roof I received and the length of the warranty. RAUL and his crew were professional and courteous and completely inspected my roof and attic. He even covered some spots right away that were causing water to enter the attic, and they held up to the rain that followed. I absolutely appreciated knowing the upfront cost rather than surprises later, although it's an expense no homeowner really wants to make, especially if it's out of pocket like mine. My experience was excellent overall. Thank you so much!
